HR Connected provides HR support for small to medium sized employers on operational and strategic HR initiatives. Quite often business owners don’t feel they are large enough to justify a full time HR function, however do have a need for HR input at times to ensure Employee Relations (ER) matters are dealt with to the letter of the law. HR Connected can be your HR department; a resource you may use for as little or as often as needed by your organisation.
HR Connected offer a HR consultancy and support service providing expert advice on a wide range of HR issues, as and when you need advice on such matters. Use us as your own HR team!

2-day HR healthcheck
Got a feeling that you need some HR input but not sure how it will improve your business? Are you concerned your employment contracts and policies might be outdated? Let us visit you for a 2-day healthcheck. During this time we will speak to a good cross section of employees in your business, at all levels, and review your existing contracts, policies and procedures. We will then provide you with a detailed report and recommendations. This will provide you with a clearer understanding, along with a deeper appreciation, of your HR priorities. Attaining this clarity early days will ensure a stronger return on any HR investment you make as you will have clearer focus in terms of what needs to be delivered.
Training & Development
We deliver a range of in-house training courses (bespoke or off the shelf) enabling your business to unlock your teams full potential. Courses include Time Management, Diversity, Assertiveness, Stress Management and many more.

Remote HR Support
Remote support for your management team as and when required, either by telephone or e-mail, providing advice on a range of HR and employee matters.
This support provides you with bespoke offer letter and statement of terms and conditions document templates which may be used for future hires. As an alternative, for Clients who already hold such documents, an assessment of terms and conditions and the preparation of key employment documentation will be undertaken.
Also included is the provision (or assessment) of the employee handbook.
Regular legal updates and newsletters will be sent via e-mail to keep you bang up to date with changes in UK employment and case law.
